Hard-copy or Soft-copy?
It has to be hard-copy. :-( I know, I know...all those poor, little trees are dying for me to read a book. Sorry! If you have an e-book and YOU would like to incur the costs to have it printed to my specifications, let me know.
Why no soft-copy books? Speed reading means that I cannot have my eyes focus on the pixelation of moving text. I have heard that it can be done on the newer model eReaders, but I haven't tried it myself. I have an idea. Buy me an eReader and I will try it out!
The Rules
1) One-size does NOT fit all.
Size matters. So does formatting. Ingenuity is great, but it may not work with my speed reading. I will do my best, but it may not work.
2) Chemistry DOES matter.
I give every book 3 minutes to engage my mind. No spark? Have a nice day…moving along.
3) Sometimes the truth HURTS.
I am always nice. It is a personal creed. However, there may not be much to say about what the author tried to say. *Shrug*
4) There are ONLY 24 hours in a day.
I can read fast, but I do not read 24 hours a day. I will get to the book when I can, really.
5) Being NICE is always the best approach if YOU want something from me.
Harassment, badgering, and stalking will not help a book get read. It will likely result in a book taking a permanent vacation to the trash can.
6) There are NO guarantees, except death and taxes.
Your book may not be the type of book I read for the blog. No hard feelings. I will consider it. I promise.
